order it: paperback

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I bought this book. It was an Edgar Cayce Guide (even listed that fact above the title) so I expected a lot of quotations from Mr. Cayce. The book's title also suggested the presence of numerous psychic exercises. What I found was a very informative book encompassing several elements of the psychic world.

Of course it does have passages from Edgar Cayce as well as exercises for the reader; but it has a lot more. It is because of the broad yet detailed scope of the info in this book that I recommend it.
